The car died twice this week,cos of a flat battery!
Eventually found that the battery wasn't getting the charge that the alternator was sending to it!
After a lot of muttering by the AA man, he realised the engine earth was to blame.
After trying to clean the standard earth, (almost impossible cos of where Rover put it) I fixed a new one on for a cost of £2.99. Result.........engine runs better, car starts, no more embarrassing breakdowns!!
